My name is Ercan İnkaya, and I am an experienced system specialist with extensive knowledge in the IT industry. I have over 10 years of professional experience and have actively taken roles in system support, network management, and virtualization solutions in various companies. After completing my education in Computer Programming at Sakarya University, I started my career by providing hardware support and quickly shifted my focus to system management and security solutions.
I began my career at Venero Bilişim as a Helpdesk Support, where I worked for 3 years and provided support to over 2,000 end-users. Later, I worked as a System Specialist at 1Ware Teknoloji, specializing in Microsoft Windows server products, Active Directory migrations, and virtualization solutions. Following this, I joined Aeris Teknoloji Çözümleri as a System Support Team Leader, where I contributed to building and developing the system and network infrastructures of project and maintenance clients. I am a certified expert in hyperconverged infrastructures, data backup solutions (Veeam, Dell Backup Recovery), and cloud-based solutions such as Azure and Office 365.
Specifically, I have gained significant experience in hyperconverged solutions like HPE Simplivity and Dell VxRail, and have managed installation and configuration processes in large-scale projects. Currently, I am working as a Support Engineer at Matris Bilişim Teknolojileri, where I am responsible for building and maintaining the system and network infrastructures of the company’s project and maintenance clients.
